Gratitude: Dark days

Some days are dark. And some are dark with a whole bunch of dirty noise overlaid on top. It’s good to recognize those days and avoid them if you can, or at least minimize their impact on your life, as much as possible. Today I am grateful I was able to recognize this early on and structure my day accordingly. The dark days make the good days brighter.
